The covered PostBus stop is located just a few steps from the monastery. When visiting the monastery, luggage may be left at the pay window.

 

Zernez Train Station

In Zernez, the Rhaetian Railway has a new station and will carry you to the Upper Engadine Valley, Scuol-Tarasp and Landquart (Zurich). The terminus of the westbound train is Pontresina. Luggage may be left when the station is open.

 

Samedan Train Station

In Samedan, you transfer to St. Moritz on the same track. The GLACIER EXPRESS for AndermattBrigZermatt also stops here.

 

Scuol Tarasp Station

This modern railway terminus in the direction of Tyrol offers good PostBus connections to Malles/Mals over the Resia/Reschen Pass. Direct trains to Zernez/Pontresina and Landquart through the Vereina Tunnel and via the monastery are also available. Luggage may be left when the station is open.

 

St. Moritz Train Station

St. Moritz Train Station is the terminus of the Rhaetian Railway. Albula Line (UNESCO) trains running to and from Chur (Zurich and Basel) and Bernina Line (UNESCO) trains running to and from Tirano and Pontresina all stop here.

 

Both lines offer a unique experience in every season. Mother Nature changes her finery four times a year something that can be best enjoyed from the large windows of the train carriages. On the Albula Line, many trains have observation cars, which are subject to a surcharge (may be paid on the train).

 

St. Moritz is also the terminus of the GLACIER EXPRESS to Chur-Zermatt. A seat reservation is mandatory on this train.

 

The train station has a left-luggage office and luggage lockers.
